LOTS OF STORAGE & CLOSET SPACE

The studio comes with several storage and closet areas. In addition to the closet spaces in each of the two second-level bedrooms, there is a huge 6x8x10ft long walk-in closet at the entrance with racks for coats and lots of shelving for storage. Above the walk-in closet there is plenty of space to store paintings and/or other materials.

The second bathroom, which functions more as a utility room (but does include a working sink and toilet) also contains plenty of cabinet space for smaller storage items.

A crude storage area in the stairwell leading up from street level also provides great storage area for paintings and/or other materials you wish to stow away.
