The Peekskill Art Lofts is a new building complex (completed 2002), and each unit is slightly unique from the others. The building for 816 South Street is built between two previously existing buildings, giving it an appealing Town House look and feel. The neighbors are fantastic and community oriented. Directly across from 816 South Street is a newly renovated Senior Living facility which is quiet and excellently maintained. The building only partially obscures the front view, still allowing for excellent light. The rear view is completely unobstructed, allowing for spectacular light, and views of City Hall and the landscape beyond.

816 South Street #2 comes with private, assigned, covered parking. Additional visitor parking spaces are available for short-term guests. Metered parking is also available at street level.
